Limited Edition Spooky Radioactive Giclée Prints
I WILL BE SHIPPING NEXT WEEK! I'm sorry I have to go to a conference this weekend!
I tried to take this in two different lights so you can see the paper.
I am BLOW AWAY at how beautiful these Giclée prints are- I was a skeptic when I ordered them but I'm obsessed with the quality. Even up close, it looks like my original painting. The paper is a beautiful, heavyweight with watercolor paper texture.
The original artwork was in gouache and watercolor. This edition is Giclée printed on Ilford Cotton Textured paper.
8"x 10"
This is a Limited Edition of 10, signed and editioned.
One of the most radioactive locations on this planet…. is a lake. The story of Lake Karachay takes us back to 1951 Soviet Russia. After the nuclear detonations in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan, Soviet Russia decided to improve their nuclear technology by building a secret facility to make their own bombs. However, no plans were made to safely remove the toxic radioactive waste produced by uranium and plutonium. In the end, Lake Karachay became the dumping ground for the radioactive, toxic wastewater.
Your print will be carefully packaged with a backing board in a protective cover, then wrapped inside a rigid mailer to ensure it's protected during shipping.
